Our school organized a whole-school visit to the National Security Exhibition Gallery on 13-14 February 2025, providing students with valuable opportunities to understand the significance of national security and the importance of collective responsibility in safeguarding our nation.
During the visit, students demonstrated active engagement by attentively listening to docent explanations and enthusiastically participating in interactive activities. Many students reflected gaining thorough understanding of all twenty security fields and their vital role in national development, while recognizing national security's direct relevance to their daily lives. Particularly popular were the "National Security Guardians" animated series and interactive games, which effectively conveyed security concepts in an engaging manner.
The event enhanced students' awareness of national security while fostering their patriotic spirit and sense of civic responsibility. Through understanding Hong Kong's unique advantages as an international hub supported by our motherland, students developed greater confidence in our city's prosperity and stability. The exhibition successfully promoted patriotic values and encouraged active participation in national security initiatives.
This experiential learning opportunity has strengthened students' national identity and security consciousness, laying a solid foundation for nurturing responsible citizens committed to serving our nation. The visit perfectly aligned with our school's mission to cultivate socially-aware individuals with global perspectives and patriotic values.
