Our school successfully hosted the Life Wide Learning Day on 4 March 2025, a vibrant showcase of our commitment to providing students with diverse opportunities to learn beyond the classroom. This annual event catered to the unique needs of students from S1 to S5, fostering their talents, generic skills, and empathy—one of the key pillars of our values education.
S1 students explored newly emerged sports such as Mölkky and Cornhole, traditional games from Finland which encourage precision, strategic thinking, and enjoyable engagement. They also enjoyed dodgeball, darts, and a rope course, which enhanced teamwork, coordination, and physical fitness.
S2 students attended a Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality Exhibition featuring The Giant Panda Story and a Chinese Shadow Puppetry performance on panda conservation. This activity highlighted the importance of protecting endangered species, especially as Hong Kong celebrates the birth of newborn pandas—a joyful milestone for the city.
S3 students participated in scavenger hunt at Yuen Long Park, applying geography skills in a real-world setting while developing problem-solving abilities.
S4 and S5 students engaged in community service, with S4 assisting at primary schools and S5 supporting elderly centres. These meaningful acts of volunteering taught students the value of contributing their time, skills, and compassion to society, enriching both the community and themselves.
Life Wide Learning Day vividly embodied our vibrant school life, fostering holistic development and a shared commitment to making a positive impact.
