The Joint-school Mathematics Competition was held on 6th July 2018. Sha Tin Government Secondary School, South Tuen Mun Government Secondary School, N.T. Heung Yee Kuk Yuen Long District Secondary School, Tseung Kwan O Government Secondary School, Helen Liang Memorial Secondary School (Shatin), Yuen Long Public School and our school participated in the competition. Our Principal, Mr. KONG Yick-cheong, delivered a speech to mark the official opening of the event. Dr. CHAN Wai-hong from The Education University of Hong Kong was invited to be the guest to share his views on learning Mathematics. With the aim of promoting students’ interest in learning Mathematics, the competition comprised three sections with different formats. Finally, N.T. Heung Yee Kuk Yuen Long District Secondary School, Tseung Kwan O Government Secondary School and Helen Liang Memorial Secondary School (Shatin) were the Champion, First Runner-up and Second Runner-up respectively.
