On April 5, 2025, the Environmental Education Team participated in the coastal field study organized by the Environmental Campaign Committee. On that day, 19 Environmental Protection Ambassadors visited Crooked Island and Sai Kung Sham Wan Pearl Farm under the guidance of instructors from the Ecobus. The fishermen of the pearl farm explained the pearl cultivation process and demonstrated how to mine pearl clams. Students also had a hands-on experience on pearl cleaning and weaving fishnets.
