On 20 September 2025, student leaders from our school’s UNICEF Club participated in the “UNICEF HK #Youth For Youth” Youth Summit, organized by UNICEF Hong Kong. The summit brought together youth representatives from secondary schools across the city to discuss key global issues, including children’s rights, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the role of young people in building a more inclusive and sustainable society. Through interactive workshops, thematic sharing sessions, and peer exchanges, students deepened their understanding of global citizenship and youth empowerment.
Over the past academic year, our UNICEF Club leaders demonstrated strong leadership and commitment to social service by organizing a series of meaningful initiatives. These included charity sales for fundraising, donation drives to support underprivileged communities, and a Global Citizenship Quiz to raise awareness of international issues among their peers. These activities not only strengthened students’ organizational and communication skills but also fostered empathy, civic responsibility, and a global outlook.
In recognition of their efforts and contributions, our students received Certificates of Appreciation from UNICEF Hong Kong. The school remains committed to promoting whole-person development and will continue to support student participation in both local and international programmes that cultivate positive values, global awareness, and a strong sense of social responsibility.
