The Annual Swimming Gala was held on 29 and 30 September, 2016. Over one hundred competitors as well as the house officials and cheering teams had prepared for weeks for the event. Competitors tried their best to break previously set records. 6E LEUNG Shuk-ming broke the records of Girls A Grade 21m Freestyle and Backstroke, 1B TANG Hiu –yin broke the record of Girls C Grade 21m Freestyle, 4C YAU Chun-ho broke the record for Boys B Grade 50m Breaststroke and 2C LI Wai-hin broke the record of Boys B Grade 21m Breaststroke. The whole atmosphere reached a peak level as all students and teachers cheered for the Parent-alumni-teacher-student 4×50m Free Style Invitation Relay.
The Individual Championship went to the following students: Boys A Grade – 6D Yan Kai-him; Boys B Grade – 4C YAU Chun-ho; Boys C Grade – 2D LAW Ka-lok; Girls A Grade – 5C Yip Pui-kwan; Girls B Grade – 3A NG Wing-shan; Girls C Grade – 2B LAM Yat-long. Progress House was the house with the Best Decoration and Honesty House was the house with the Highest Spirit. The Overall Championship went to Virtue House.
