Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)199 students sat the 2008 HKCEE, scoring 116 distinctions1 and 534 credits2 as well as reaching a pass rate of 90%. 59% of our students attained 14 points in the best six subjects. Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE)61 students sat the 2008 HKALE, scoring 29 distinctions and 117 credits as well as reaching a pass rate of 94%. 93% of our students reached the minimum entrance requirements3 for local degree courses. Remarks: - Distinction is equivalent to level 5* in English and Chinese Languages, or grade A in other subjects.
- Credit is equivalent to level 4 and 5 in English and Chinese Languages, or grade B and C in other subjects.
- Minimum entrance requirements for local degree courses: Passes in Use of English, Chinese Language and Culture & 2 AL Subjects or Passes in Use of English, Chinese Language and Culture, 1 AL Subject & 2 ASL Subjects.
